What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
