What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, sanitation, and customer-service standards
• manage costs including labor, cash, food, and supplies
• set up registers and manage shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures
• take on level-specific inventory, food-ordering, staffing, and coaching responsibilities.
