What you'll do

• For back-of-house team members, prepare and cook food to recipe and temperature standards, prep ingredients, operate kitchen equipment safely, and maintain sanitation.
• Shift leaders, who must be 18 or older, may oversee opening and closing, cash handling, food-safety compliance, coaching, and guest feedback.
