What you'll do

• Own strategic relationships for enterprise lodging accounts
• partner with Customer Success Managers on goals, delivery, adoption, and engagement
• advise customer executives
• lead Executive Business Reviews and QBRs
• identify cross-sell, upsell, and global expansion opportunities
• maintain account plans
• collaborate cross-functionally
• monitor account health, adoption metrics, and pipeline
• share lodging insights
• represent customer needs internally
• attend customer meetings, onsite engagements, and relevant industry events
• travel approximately 30–40%.
