What you'll do

• Supervise public-space operations and assign work
• inspect areas throughout shifts
• monitor staffing, breaks, supplies, and priorities
• coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments
• maintain cleanliness and presentation in lobbies, restrooms, corridors, meeting areas, and other public spaces
• respond to guest concerns
• train, coach, and support team members
• reinforce safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain shift documentation.
