What you'll do

• Generate new PEO business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market outreach
• build broker and channel relationships
• conduct discovery meetings
• present tailored PEO solutions
• prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations
• negotiate service terms and pricing
• coordinate internal teams through onboarding and implementation
• maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales documentation
• meet assigned sales goals. Frequent domestic travel is required.
