Traveling Chef Manager

What you'll do

• Travel to different locations to provide culinary and managerial support
• lead staff
• maintain a clean and organized work environment
• establish and maintain service, sanitation, and state compliance standards
• supervise food preparation
• assist with shifts when there are call-offs
• maintain food quality, cost, presentation, and flavor standards
• take control of the kitchen when a manager is absent
• communicate with the Manager about employee supervision and development
• prepare food according to recipes and presentation specifications
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• assist with food orders, cleaning, and restocking
• provide relief to the Dietary Manager and fill in for managerial duties as needed.
