What you'll do

• Schedule air shipments and flight bookings

• coordinate import and export traceability with customs, brokers, and FDA
• process express carrier shipments and customer orders
• maintain shipping and import documentation
• use ERP, TMS, and WMS systems
• coordinate special and expedited shipping requests.
