What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment
• troubleshoot machinery, process, and material issues
• adjust and calibrate equipment
• identify process improvements and analyze production data
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
• document quality results and maintenance
• collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
• support training, safety compliance, audits, and production reporting.
