What you'll do

• Represent the brand and support customer experience
• assist chefs with class execution
• help meet class revenue goals and monthly sales goals
• set up and break down classes, organize mise en place, and prep ingredients
• clean and sanitize dishes and equipment
• restock and organize kitchen supplies
• follow food safety, health code, and sanitation requirements
• maintain inventory and store cleanliness.
