What you'll do

• Lead purchasing strategy
• develop sourcing strategies, pricing structures, negotiation guidelines, and approved vendor programs
• evaluate and onboard vendors
• manage contract renewals and updates
• oversee supplier performance and risk
• handle complex negotiations and escalations
• improve purchasing processes and team capability
• negotiate pricing and rebate agreements
• coach Purchasing Agents
• manage administrative workflow for vendor documents.
