What you'll do

• Lead the marketing department and manage advertising, SEO/PPC, web, and photography partners
• develop annual and quarterly plans, manage the budget, and report lead, cost-per-lead, close-rate, and ROI results
• protect the brand across digital, print, and physical touchpoints
• oversee the website, content, email marketing, Google Business Profiles, and directories
• manage lead-generating partnerships and paid search, paid social, and SEO
• work with Sales on lead tracking and conversion
• lead reviews, referrals, and PR
• build referral relationships and represent the company at local events and home shows.
