Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect rental equipment, including ropes using Scope equipment
• perform mechanical and electrical repairs onsite and in-house
• troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems remotely and in person
• provide equipment training and technical support
• maintain service records, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules in SAP and Verizon Connect
• travel to customer locations as needed, including emergency service calls
• maintain equipment presentation and a safe work environment.
