What you'll do

• Provide customer service to utility personnel, visitors, and contractors
• monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and access-related systems
• receive and document service calls
• coordinate responses with site personnel and emergency services as directed
• dispatch security personnel to incidents and requests
• maintain activity logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and shift handoffs
• conduct assigned patrols and report unusual conditions.

Why this role
