What you'll do

• Help plan and lead activities and special events
• lead games, crafts, music, exercise, social events, and celebrations
• spend one-on-one time with residents and encourage participation
• contribute activity ideas
• assist residents to and from activities
• prepare decorations and activity spaces
• maintain activity areas and supplies
• adapt activities to residents’ physical and cognitive abilities
• document participation as required
• work with other departments.
