Mental Health Group Facilitator

What you'll do

• Complete onboarding requirements
• attend required monthly check-ins
• respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
• review assigned curriculum
• arrive about 10 minutes before groups and facilitate each session for the full hour
• facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts as assigned
• encourage engagement and group cohesion
• participate in treatment team and group supervision
• collaborate with care team members
• complete notes within 24 hours
• maintain ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
