The HVAC Maintenance Technician — Residential and Commercial Service role is onsite in Columbia, Tennessee. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The role also supports accurate inspections, customer communication, job documentation, and care of assigned tools and vehicles.

What you'll do

• Assist with maintenance and repair of HVAC units for residential and/or commercial customers
• assist with inspections and communicate findings and recommendations in a written option sheet
• complete service documentation and collect, record, and deliver fees to office administration
• transport materials and tools
• account for assigned tools
• keep the truck clean, stocked, and inventoried
• inform a manager if a customer does not have HVAC service before leaving the call
• perform other duties as assigned.
