What you'll do

• Oversee multiple BOS and facilities management contracts
• mentor Project Managers
• monitor performance, compliance, staffing, and service delivery
• review operational, financial, safety, quality, and customer metrics
• support contract transitions
• lead or participate in reviews and customer meetings
• ensure timely deliverables
• develop corrective actions
• support budgets and cost controls
• conduct site visits
• assist with proposals and growth initiatives.
