Global Technical Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide remote technical support to North American and global customers
• set up test environments
• replicate problems and diagnose hardware and software faults
• log, track, and report support cases
• implement and track product fixes and upgrades
• test new or modified products
• work with R&D to identify problems and fixes
• prepare and distribute technical notes
• promote installation and programming best practices
• track support time and details
• participate in the after-hours and weekend on-call roster.
