What you'll do

• Partner with sales leadership on territory needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. Assess candidates’ selling ability, quota history, and territory management
• build a sales talent pipeline
• represent the employer brand
• track recruiting metrics
• and support a consistent, compliant candidate experience.
