Disbursement Specialist

What you'll do

• Process daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement cycles across operating companies
• handle ACH, wire, and check payments
• analyze payment files and data for discrepancies and fraud risks
• partner with accounts payable, treasury, and shared services
• reconcile outstanding issues
• prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
• improve workflows and ERP capabilities
• meet payment deadlines and compliance standards.
