Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in San Bruno, CA. Compensation is $24 per hour. The position supports general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel property. The role helps keep guest rooms, public areas, building systems, and hotel equipment safe and operational. It responds to work orders, performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and assists other departments as needed.

What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and building systems
• replace light bulbs
• check fire safety equipment and ventilation systems
• perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and appliances
• complete minor painting, patchwork, and plumbing repairs
• respond to and prioritize maintenance requests
• maintain tools and records
• respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties as needed
• follow safety procedures and assist housekeeping as needed.
