The Registered Nurse (RN), Primary Nurse – PACE role is onsite in East Boston, MA. Pay is $40–$60 per hour, based on experience. What you'll do
- Oversee, assess, plan, and coordinate nursing care for participants
- obtain histories and perform appropriate tests and observations
- consult with interdisciplinary team members
- teach patients and families about disease, wellness, medications, diet, exercise, and care plans
- administer ordered medications, tests, and treatments
- manage medication refills with provider authorization
- complete biannual and status-change assessments and document problems, goals, and interventions.

Why this role
