What you'll do

• Lead and develop leave and accommodation advisors through coaching and performance management
• oversee case assignments, workload, service levels, documentation, and follow-up
• ensure consistent policies and escalation practices
• review complex cases
• conduct audits and calibrations
• improve processes, workflows, communications, and systems
• support leave-management and HRIS tools
• partner across HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, vendors, and business leadership
• monitor regulatory changes and translate them into operations and training.
