The Infant/Toddler Daycare Teacher role is onsite in Woburn, MA, with pay of $21.00–$24.00 per hour. Compensation is for Certified Teacher candidates. Little Sprouts supports Babilou Family US’s early childhood education mission and Sustainable Education approach. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children by planning developmentally appropriate lessons, guiding classroom routines and staff, and supporting children’s development. The role also builds family partnerships and incorporates environmental stewardship into daily learning.

What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans and learning experiences
• lead classroom organization and routines
• model instructional practices and coach Assistant Teachers
• supervise children and document development
• communicate with families
• maintain required certifications and participate in training
• collaborate on curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
