What you'll do

• Ensure on-site safety and enforce OSHA rules
• schedule subcontractors and vendors
• communicate with the Project Manager about schedules, materials, staffing, and challenges
• perform quality control
• ensure subcontractors follow contracts and schedules
• coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
• identify safety or site-rule noncompliance
• maintain daily logs and project photos
• walk the project to monitor progress and plan work
• assist with preconstruction budgeting, bidding, subcontract awards, permits, and revisions.
