Overtime Administrator

What you'll do

• Obtain management approvals before overtime is worked
• use OATS to identify and contact qualified bargaining unit employees for overtime requests
• coordinate overtime justification and documentation with supervisors and managers
• coordinate with other Hanford contractors for resources when directed
• calculate and reconcile overtime hours under procedures and the CBA
• participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
• follow applicable safety procedures and agreements.
