What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and hydration
• take and record vital signs and report changes
• assist with repositioning and transfers
• provide emotional support and companionship
• communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• follow facility, infection-control, and safety procedures.
