The Regional Account Director — Automotive Digital Marketing role is remote and field-based, supporting dealerships in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth market area; the ideal candidate is in that area or nearby. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with on-target earnings up to $190,000. Team Velocity’s Apollo platform uses data and consumer behavior to support personalized dealership marketing. The director serves as a strategic marketing partner to dealerships, using performance data to recommend and implement strategies that support vehicle sales, service revenue, customer retention, and marketing return on investment. The role also builds client relationships and coordinates campaign execution with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Advise automotive dealership clients
• develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies
• analyze traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution
• present results and recommendations to dealership leadership
• identify campaign, website, and lead performance opportunities
• launch products, services, and strategies with new clients
• build relationships that support retention, satisfaction, and account growth
• partner with internal teams on campaign execution
• conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
