What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers as assigned by a Registered Nurse
• help maintain a clean and safe environment
• measure fluid intake and output and vital signs as assigned
• keep records of care activities
• and report changes in appearance or behavior to the Registered Nurse.
