Wellness Supervisor — Summer Camp

Job overview

The Wellness Supervisor role is onsite at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, with exact dates from May through August to be determined. Pay is $580 per week plus food and lodging valued at $200. The role supports the Camp, OPP department and camp program. The supervisor provides mental, emotional, and social wellness services to campers and staff, coordinating with camp leadership and the health team. Screenings, wellness programming, support, and emergency procedures help maintain camper well-being and a safe, inclusive camp experience.

What you'll do

• Provide daily camper wellness screenings
• advise staff on accommodations
• communicate with caregivers about campers’ mental and emotional health services
• support routine and emergency health procedures
• provide wellness, mindfulness, and team-building programs
• support campers with mental health, emotional, behavioral, and other special considerations
• document and report relevant situations
• support camp-wide emergency procedures and health practices.
