Job overview

What you'll do
- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues
- analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules
- reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms
- create operational prompts and documentation
- document recommended system changes and decisions
- assess CRM changes’ effects on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools
- and provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
