What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolios
• review aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices
• conduct collection calls and correspondence
• maintain collection notes
• escalate delinquent accounts
• reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• process approved credit memos
• respond to customer inquiries
• upload invoices and supporting documents to customer portals
• apply customer payments and reconcile daily cash receipts
• research unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and variances.
