Field Service Specialist — Industrial Water and Process Equipment

The Field Service Specialist role is based at the company facility in Saint Michael, MN, with travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time. The specialist installs, commissions, troubleshoots, and supports custom water treatment and process equipment at customer sites, serving as a technical contact and training customers. When not traveling, the role supports production, testing, and preparation for field installations at the Saint Michael facility.

What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites for installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support
• serve as onsite technical contact and train customer personnel
• diagnose systems using electrical, PLC, motor control, instrumentation, mechanical, and chemical dosing knowledge
• support regional service teams
• collaborate with engineering, project management, production, and controls teams
• document field work
• support equipment production and preparation when not traveling
• follow quality and safety requirements.
