Production Machine Operator – Night Shift

The Production Machine Operator – Night Shift role is onsite at Techo-Bloc’s Waterloo, IN plant, with pay of $29.68 per hour, including a $5 night-shift premium. Techo-Bloc makes pavers, walls, and outdoor living products for customers across North America. The operator runs and maintains automated production equipment to meet daily production goals and maintain product quality. The role supports reliable plant operations through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, accurate reporting, safe work practices, and clear shift handoffs. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with a four-day work week.

What you'll do

• Run automated production equipment and meet daily production goals
• set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot, adjust, and make minor repairs using hand tools and measuring devices
• involve Maintenance when needed
• disassemble and reassemble heavy components using hoists and hand tools
• inspect product quality and flag color issues
• maintain production and maintenance reports
• communicate at shift change
• follow plant safety procedures.
