What you'll do

• Provide resident assessments, treatments, and medication administration

• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• document care and resident responses
• supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
• follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff
• respond to medical emergencies.
