What you'll do

• Provide classroom coverage for lead and assistant teachers
• assist with classroom activities, lessons, and routines
• support children during learning, transitions, meals, rest, and outdoor play
• encourage positive social interactions and independence
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• prepare and clean materials and activity spaces
• supervise and engage children indoors and outdoors
• participate in projects, events, and team initiatives as needed
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations
• communicate with staff and families when appropriate.
