The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — Hickory Point Mall role is onsite in Forsyth, IL. Pay is $18 per hour. The role supports Cherry Hill Programs’ holiday photo operations and its mission to capture lasting moments for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps prepare and run seasonal operations, develop the team, support sales and service, and resolve guest concerns. The work contributes to a smooth Santa visit and memorable photo and souvenir experience for families.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce senior management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
