What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care
• monitor nursing and respiratory care quality through rounds
• support recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention as needed
• schedule nursing staff
• oversee charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments
• support quality assurance and infection control as assigned
• complete required forms
• adhere to scope of practice
• occasionally perform patient care duties as required.
