The role supports Moida, StyleKorean’s direct retail store featuring products from its Korean beauty and skincare portfolio. The advisor helps customers select products and supports store operations, sales goals, and a positive shopping experience through product guidance, accurate transactions, merchandising, and inventory support.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• identify needs and recommend products
• explain product use, benefits, and ingredients
• share promotions and loyalty programs
• process transactions
• package purchases and gift-wrap when requested
• support merchandising, restocking, displays, inventory counts, and store cleanliness
• and contribute to sales goals.
