Control Tower Pre-Analyst

The Control Tower Pre-Analyst role is onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. Pay is $35.10–$40.11 per hour. The position supports the Wiring Control Tower function within the client's Quality organization at an automotive company. The analyst reviews customer and dealership claims, identifies and prioritizes emerging product or service issues, and routes them to the appropriate teams. By developing clear problem statements and tracking resolution, the role contributes to product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Review dealership warranty and quality claims
• analyze customer feedback and claims data
• identify, prioritize, and triage issues
• develop detailed problem statements
• route claims to manufacturing, supplier quality, engineering, or other groups
• support issue owners and monitor resolution progress
• participate in performance reviews and process improvements
• use the Cockpit claims tool within Palantir.
