• coach, hire, train, motivate, and evaluate Product Specialists
• set goals and provide ongoing support
• manage CRM data and sales logs
• confirm appointments and follow up
• coordinate F&I turnover with the Finance Manager
• address customer concerns
• manage staffing and daily schedules
• assist with training, advertising campaigns, and incentive programs.
