Assistant Showroom Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the team toward sales and performance goals
• coach team members
• analyze sales results and identify improvement opportunities
• support high-value client relationships and corporate partnerships
• conduct fittings and pinning sessions
• coordinate appointments, alterations, and customer flow
• support scheduling, staffing, payroll, operations, and visual merchandising
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and customer issue resolution.
