What you'll do

• Supervise and direct Sharps Technicians
• coordinate assignments, staffing, collection schedules, and service priorities
• coach and train employees
• oversee placement, collection, and transportation of reusable medical waste containers
• ensure pharmaceutical waste is moved to designated accumulation areas
• monitor service schedules and resolve concerns
• maintain service records
• support inventory and supplies
• provide hands-on technician support when needed
• travel between customer facilities
• work outside normal business hours as operational needs require.
