Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Answer inbound customer calls
• book jobs using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
• dispatch technicians based on skills, schedule, location, and urgency
• manage the technician capacity board
• send appointment confirmations and follow-ups
• take payments and assist with invoicing
• make membership and maintenance reminder calls
• follow up on estimates
• and assist with customer recovery and review management.
