Counseling, treatment planning, case management, education, and coordinated documentation support safe, therapeutic care and clients’ recovery goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions
• complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• identify clinical and case-management needs
• educate clients and support members about treatment and recovery
• manage designated client cases
• maintain required records
• coordinate with staff
• present workshops and training
• participate in team meetings
• fulfill scheduled on-call responsibilities.

Why this role

Morning intensive outpatient group for adult clients; sign-on bonus available ($6,000 for non-licensed candidates and $8,000 for first- or second-level license); Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience and training; required licensure or credential within 90 days.
