The Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Exton, PA. Pay is $14–$17 per hour. The role supports Celebree School of Exton’s work to protect, educate, and nurture children. Working with lead teachers, the aide helps provide safe, age-appropriate care and learning experiences that meet each child’s needs. The role also supports classroom routines and communication with families.

What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and regulatory compliance
• help create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• support classroom transitions
• supervise children and use positive discipline techniques
• maintain a clean and safe classroom
• communicate with parents about concerns, feedback, and children’s development.
