What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, vendor records, invoice coding, payments, and vendor issues
• record and reconcile cash entries
• review credit card activity and reimbursements
• prepare 1099s and maintain tax documentation
• support month-end close and balance-sheet reconciliations
• manage invoicing, cash application, payment tracking, aging reports, and billing discrepancies
• collaborate with purchasing, finance, sales, and operations.
