What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control
• manage customer and client experience through projects
• communicate expectations to content technicians and supervise their activities
• document accurate job files
• manage labor and consumable item usage
• communicate project progress and issues to the contents project manager and office staff
• follow OSHA safety guidelines
• protect and properly use equipment and materials
• coach and train restoration technicians.

Why this role
