What you'll do

• Complete the 12-month Nurse Residency Program and unit-based orientation
• provide nursing care under direct supervision
• perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice
• coordinate care and documentation with the interprofessional team
• partner with patients and families
• complete competency assessments and required education
• participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance activities.
